The Latest Trends in Home Furniture & Decor That I Found at Atlanta Market

Every year in the summer, I attend Atlanta Market, a huge event for home professionals. At this event, we literally get our hands on the latest and most beautiful furniture, decor, and accessories. This is often where I find exquisite pieces for my upcoming projects (aka, your home!) and make sure my design strategies stay current.

Here are a few of my favorite pieces and how I envision using them in upcoming projects. If you see something you like, please send an email to jennifer (at) mississippimaximalism.com for more information. These can be arranged to be shipped directly to you. Most items are not available to the public, which means you would be able to furnish your space with true-to-you uniqueness.

Briallen Black Demi-Lune by Currey & Co.: Black furniture is a huge trend and this piece will always look sophisticated.
Teal Rug from the Rifle Paper Co. x Loloi Collection: This soft rug of whimsical motifs and playful colors would look chic underfoot turning a walk-in-closet into a dressing room.
Antique Brass Table Lamp by Noir: This lamp made me think of the Bibliophile (one who loves books) trend, so I would use it in a dark and moody office.
Palm Beach Idyll  by Slim Aarons: This oversized 51"x51" image shot on January 1st, 1955 is a bold choice and would look stunning in a breakfast area.
Burl Wood Vanity by World's Away: I LOVE anything burl wood and you can be sure that none of your neighbors will have this vanity. I'd use it in a powder room with a fun wallpaper on the walls.
Hamptons Private Coffee Table Book by Assouline: The Hamptons boasts a unique allure and this beautiful book will chic in a boho style living room on a bamboo coffee table.
Merritt Napkins by Furbish: Tablescapes full of fun plates, serving ware, fresh flowers, and linens are so popular right now. Use these on your patio for evenings when you dine outside.
